Sensitive title, where do we draw the line between free speech and slanderous hateful content? We need to change this title to reflect what is being written on the site.

"Delete Hate Speech or Pay Up, Germany Tells Social Media Companies" is the original title and a much better indicator of what's actually happening.

It sound like a paradox, though. Does the survival of free speech require the policing of speech that threatens free speech?
