Ask HN: Which countries are ok for publishing a personal App?

I'm going to publish my first (side project) App via iTunes Store.

The store asks me in which countries I want to make my App available.

Are there any disadvantages when I publish it worldwide?

I don't know anything about publishing Apps in eg. Asia or Africa ... I'm kind of afraid of not fulfilling all local laws, or something like that.
