Ask HN: How to organize a website has both online and offline locations. (SEO)

I'm a founder that has a business that takes online bookings for a physical location. I have multiple locations and customers will want to book for their city (think fitness classes or escape rooms). I have asked lots of SEO people and no one has been able to give me good direction yet. So I'm asking the hive mind of HN for help. How do I figure this out?
