Ask HN: Interesting startup companies

I'm researching startup companies to model factors that drive success. Do you know any interesting companies I could include?

I'm looking for between 100 to 300 companies - startups, established or failed. It will take me a while, but I'd like to share the results with HN along the way for discussion.
