Ask HN: What do you use to draw “cloud” architecture diagrams?

I'm been asked to create some "cloud" architecture diagrams in the near future. In the past I did this manually via a Sozi presentation, but that was a lot of work.

I'm looking for something like Cloudcraft[0], but this doesn't fit all of my use cases since many of my clients are on Digital Ocean or their own data centers.

Thoughts?
