Overpaying because not reading terms and conditions?

Recently I have found that my Virtual Office service by company Regus, (2 months into the auto-renewed 12 months contract) cannot be terminated because small print in terms & conditions says that "The cancellation will be applied from the first day of the renewal start." So, basically even though I am unsatisfied with service in order to terminate I have to pay for 10 more months of service I will not use. Has anyone had the similar issue and is there any way out? Of course without paying full amount?
