Zendesk requires a court order to report abuse

I encountered a support scam website this morning that's using Zendesk Chat, and tried to report abuse using the live chat on the Zopim (now Zendesk) website. The agent replied with:

> I’m afraid all online registrations including Zendesk Chat enable site visitors to sign-up with only a few basic information. Unfortunately, these personal and contact details are insufficient to identify a fraudulent individual and/or company.

> We are expected to keep the customer’s information secured in Zendesk Chat. To assist you further with account related questions, please provide us with a court order or subpoena. Kindly take note that the said document must come from the judiciary department, or other agency with jurisdiction over Zendesk Chat (i.e. San Francisco, California).

> We apologize if this has caused you great inconvenience and monetary loss. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to hear from you soon.
