I strongly disagree, you CAN talk about the differences without being sexist, because there ARE differences. We don't need to like it for it to be true. The fact that we find discussing if there are biological reasons why fewer women choose to go into software engineering as immoral - is simply a false premise.
It's vastly different comparing skull geometry to rank people to looking at women's choices in life being influence by their biology.
In fact the former is pseudo-science, the latter, hold on to your pearls, is actual science.
