Ask HN: Remote Jobs that provide some training

Hi HN,

I've been working as a dev/sysadmin for ~4 years. I've spent all this time working in a small company so the challenges weren't great, and most (devops/sysadmin) positions on my country (Argentina) are more of the same.

I'm looking for a position where I can LEARN, but most remote positions ask for things I can't learn on my own (like optimizing a service for thousands of concurrent users).

I'd be willing to work for a period (3-6 months) for a reduced salary (at least 1k/month, though) if that meant I'd get an opportunity for a position at the end of the training.
