Ask HN: Startup Share Dilution

I have a couple of questions about share dilution and fund raising in a startup.

First I would like to know when an early investor puts $100 for 15% of the company, in future rounds of fund raising, would that early investor's shares dilute down?

Second how much of shares should the founders expect to be left with after 2 rounds of fund raising?
