Ask HN: Would you use a free Referral-marketing-as-a-service platform?

"Invite 1 user, get 2 months free".

This is all I wanted to integrate without writing extra referral program code, and thought there'd be a freemium service like HotJar/Mailgun/Mailchimp (think: start free, pay on scale) -- where you integrate by default in your front-end/tool stack.

After googling every new project, waiting years, and being on ProductHunt everyday, I'm not sure if this is coming.

There are a ton of referral-marketing-as-a-service solutions out there, but they seem to be either tailored for Enterprise or charge $50/month or campaign.

Curiously asking if anyone else is in the same boat, and would you use a free RMaaS (referral marketing)?
