Ask HN: UI/UX advice for Clubs

I built Clubs, a web app powered by Slack that provides channels for instructors with a review and rating system.

But I feel like something is missing in the design and UX, like it could be more readable, or the mission is hard to understand.

I also feel like the design is missing something.

Any advice?
