Ask HN: What do you think about incels?

Basically, the sub https://www.reddit.com/r/Incels/. I don't like it, but considering their very small size, I am curious as to why a large portion of reddit obsesses over them, other than the obvious "they hate women" which shouldn't warrant that much traffic on their little sub. Do they have a hard time acknowledging that some people are biologically undateable?
