Ask HN: Any companies with “startup culture” in CT?

I currently work at a company that is a lot more slow moving than I'd like.

I want to stay in Connecticut but it feels like all the jobs I find around here are for established companies in fields like insurance with a lot of inertia.

I've found I'm much more fulfilled when working on fast paced projects with interesting challenges and it feels like those companies don't offer that.

Are there any companies I've been missing?
