Ask HN: How to get a human to help with Facebook disabling account?

Asking out of pure desperation! Despite having previously worked in SF for a few years, I know no Facebook employers :(

I am desperately trying to get good friends Facebook account re-enabled which was disabled due to her having an unusual name. 4 weeks of submitting support tickets (including providing ID) and no response whatsoever.

She had her account for over a decade, connecting with friends from around the world, and was using Messenger as per primary text communication platform (less learned).
