Seeking CTO for disruptive Toronto startup

We're looking for a senior NodeJS/ReactJS developer to take on a CTO role in our company. We're based in Toronto, and are looking for someone who has 5+ years experience developing web and mobile apps.

You don't have to be in Toronto, or Canada although that would preferable but happy to talk either way if you're the right person.

P.s. Do you think that you would be able to architect a scalable web & hybrid mobile app from scratch to launch by yourself (maybe with the help of one other dev), within 2-3 months? Front-end / clientside is already designed and coded.
