Ask HN: Any good recommendations on project and change management books?

I am looking for good books on project and change management. My small "analytics" department might expand to a center of excellence for a couple of thousand of internal users. I did not take any of the official project management courses and I feel I lack a good framework to approach this. Building things in big companies also requires a lot of organizational change, same thing, I'd like to learn more about this.
