Uber's CEO sends amazing email to employees and lessons in emotional intelligence (inc.com)

It's a crazy indication of Uber's culture that a rational, levelheaded sentiment like this is worthy of mention.

In many ways, reflects the larger world we live in though...

This guy looks like Steve Jobs. Or a older version of Steve Jobs as in the parallel universe who recovered from cancer.

So an email that acknowledges what a bunch of others have been saying for a while (“your behavior is going to bite you in the butt”) is considered “amazing”? I don’t know what else he could have written, because another “they’re being mean to us and don’t recognize our awesome vision!” screed just isn’t going to fly anymore.

What would have made this email “amazing” would be it having been written eighteen months ago.
