Pomodoro trademark, Ive had to pull my app from the App Store

I have an app called Pomodoroban which is to aid people using the Pomodoro technique, its a combination of Pomodoro and Kanban. The people behind the Pomodoro brand have requested that I remove my app due to likeness of name. If I'm completely honest I don't blame them, but now I need to rebrand. I know its not all in a name, but as 'my technique; is actually quite distinct from the standard Pomodoro one, should I just remove myself from the whole tomato based branding or try and use a name such as Tomato (pomodoro is Italian for Tomato) Any thoughts or ideas would really help me.
