Ask HN: Command-Line CRM via Slack: CRMSLASHBOT (CRM/BOT)

Hello HN,

Are you a CRM and Slack user? Then you are our target market.

We are working on a CRM SAAS offering which could be accessed via

1. Slack slash commands.

2. A Slack bot, which updates all users for important milestones happening in CRM. (Opportunity closed & won? Let's celebrate!)

3. CRM reports: that could be displayed within Slack itself.

4. Deep Insights: Creating relationships between CRM entities and providing meaningful analysis to users via machine-learning algos.

For example, a Rep could be alerted if he hasn't been in touch with some users over 60 days.

Currently we are planning to create a CRM backend from scratch. We could pivot to Dynamics CRM/Salesforce/Zoho/Sugar as our CRM backend as we have good experience in these CRMs.
