What if the parent defends against your aggression? What if the parent uses a weapon to defend themselves? Are you really willing to murder a parent to enforce your ideal of universal vaccination? If you are not willing to do the aggression yourself, are you willing to pay a thug to attack the parent to enforce your ideal?
Maybe you think you are saving lives, but what if in the process of trying to save a child you end up killing the parent? Shouldn't your response be proportional?
