Ask HN: Service that maintains a list of proxies, vpns, tor ips, etc?

I'm looking for a service that maintains a list of proxies, vpns, tor exit nodes, whatever that could masquerade a user so that they could cheat a system.

Something that netflix employs to determine whether someone is using a VPN or not. I hear that have been pretty good at it.

Does something like this exist, maybe someone knows a really good provider?

I know I could probably scrape a whole bunch of sites and aggregate the information. But I really want something up to date and I don't want to spend time maintaining it either!

Oh and this isn't for advertising purposes, should you be wondering.
