Some people are just wasting their life just watching TV, or doing nothing or unproductive stuff.

How to get them to develop interest in studies and learn something and spend time in a useful and interesting and valuable way?

Is there any way to use Nudge Theory or Neuro Linguistic Programming to achieve this.
