Uber Driver scam, need your help asap

Hi, yesterday i took Uber in Colorado to drive me to the airport. Today i looked at the price Uber charged was about $150 instead of $45 for the trip because of cleaning fees. The driver accused me of leaving the car super dirty even though i know for a fact this wasn't me. I'm trying to prove this wasn't done by me. I have attached the pictures Uber sent me as "evidence". I have found a few discrepancies in the pictures taken. I need your help, let me know what i could say or if you see something i did not.

Here are the pictures:

Here is what i've found so far:

1) The seat colors are not identical: One is dark grey, the other is light blue.

2) The lights and shadows are strong in the photos of the grey seats while the lights and shadows in the blue seat pictures are non-existent, showing they were not taken at the same time at all. How could this driver get them cleaned on-time if she took the pictures at different time?

3) One of the picture depicts snow, but it did not snow for more than 4 days, all the snow was gone. This picture must have been taken days earlier if not weeks.

4) The pictures do not have data associated to them. The driver phone was a Samsung Galaxy S series. If she did take the pictures, she should be able to provide the original pictures with metadata associated to them, such as date, time, and location of the pictures taken. Please ask for these, i'm sure you'll get a negative response.

Thank you all !

Contact Uber via Twitter directly, also contact their customer support. As for the driver's accusation it should be verifiable since they have cameras running.

On another note, this looks like old stains.

thanks for the feedback. Yea, definitely looks old
