Is it just me or FB is blocking accounts having Russian connection and FB ads?

I've been running a Russian community website in EU for the last 15 years. It has a Facebook business page with a few thousand followers that I attracted mostly through ads a couple of years ago. Suddenly, my account is blocked without any recovery option although the page is still visible.

I now wonder whether this is related to the recent news on Russian state agencies trying to influence US elections on Facebook. Is Facebook shutting down every remotely Russian account buying ads?
