Ask HN: How to stay up to date with academic research?

I know (from my MBA studies) that there are a lot of academic papers in the domain of marketing, decision making, game theory, etc' with very practical implications for startups. Is there any newsletter or a magazine that curates or reviews those? If not, I would gladly pay for a subscription if someone builds this.
