Ask HN: What chatbot/AI/ML framework to use for a business project?

What chatbot (or AI or ML or NLP) framework would you use if you had to build a smart, AI-powered chatbot for a business? (not for research or a startup - has to be mature enough).

I've looked at Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework, Microsoft LUIS, Wit.ai, Api.ai/Dialogflow. Any others? Good or bad experiences using any of those? Many seem disappointingly limited, I've seen many "dumb-bots" and that's not what I'm aiming for :) .
