Ask HN: How to remain motivated after R&D?

I have faced this situation many times when i have worked on the unknowns and able to come up with working solutions. The problem solving part excites me and bring my efficiency to the top level. But once i am able to create a POC the enthusiasm dies down for the production of the same.

What should i do to keep the motivation up when solution is already in sight and production development is required. Or should i leave it to better programmers and architects to design the production system based on the POC provided by me.
