Sprint owner reportedly abandons bid to merge with T-Mobile (arstechnica.com)

I'm not sure there was a T-Mobile customer out there who was happy about the possible merger. T-Mobile has been doing a really good job of providing value and improving their network, at least in reasonably populous areas.
