Re-inventing the way product teams work
I'm setting out on a mission to build Caffee, the best addition to your product team. Your customers, your team, yourself, and the rest of your organization all have something in common: You are humans. I think most tools dedicated to product teams have forgotten that in some way, and try to solve more problems by throwing features at them. I also want to solve those problems, but I'm going to do it the human way. That might take more time and effort, but I know it's worth it.
The first step is to build a better way for product managers to collect and make sense of feedback from their users and stakeholders. I'm starting in the smallest possible way with a better Trello integration for Slack.
Last week, I posted a link to my landing page in a few dedicated PM communities and, as of this writing, 95 PMs around the world have signed up. Some at Oracle/IBM/HP/SAP, some at small startups, some from the US, some from Australia, even one from Brazil. It's almost too much for me handle, and I'm having a hard time following up with every one of them, but I think it's off to a pretty good start!
If you want to join the movement, and help us build the best product for your team, you can signup at https://caffee.io
