How is this company offering free shipping(US) on purchases (mywishlet.com)

I have been looking into making something for teens. Mostly novelty products that satisfy a niche, and though it is not really tech related, I was wondering whether anyone could provide insights into this ? Are they just mailing these out with normal postage stamps?
