Men at Work Wonder If They Overstepped with Women, Too (nytimes.com)

Like any societal wide witch hunt, this one will blaze hot and fast until it burns itself out. It's been started in response to very real problems but when companies can't hold holiday parties or men begin to overanalyze every single interaction with women, things have gone too far.

Just need to use common sense. If someone asks you to stop doing something that makes them uncomfortable, then you stop. There is a time and a place for harmless flirting, just don't be creepy.

We need to make sure our power structures are regulated in such a way that people in power aren't able to abuse their power.

I thought this was going to be about the Australian band who sang "Down Under."
