What's the ideal alternation cadence between maker and manager mode as described by pg: paulgraham.com/makersschedule.html Maybe it's ideal not to alternate at all but to lock in to one or the other because of the killer switching costs and killer specialization gains. But for people, such as solo founders and others who must wear both hats, what alternation/cadence best practices have you found?
