Good. Now let the courts decide. If they follow past rulings, the woman should be freed. Given our current political environment, she could probably sue and win for malicious behavior from the Sherrif. If the Trump administration does nothing, good; separation of powers is intact. If he tries anything, grounds for impeachment. Win, win,win.
For those down voting, the sheriff essentially put out a civilian bolo. He wanted people to call him when they saw the truck. This is a good example of the system working to correct an abuse or it’s an example of the system failing. Either way we need it to remind people of the Constitution.
