How to setup a company in US from outside of the US

Hello, I am trying to launch a simple SaaS platform and I need to charge users a recurring fee, for which I need to have an international checking account in order to use Stripe / PayPal / Other payment gateways.

I am from Dubai and setting up all this not very easy or streamlined, hence my choice to start an U.S company

Is it possible to do it without having to be physically in the US? Thanks!
