received response from customer service, looks like fallout from the etherkitties. they were helpful and I understand this could be a difficult time to launch a beta product. all in all the gui is quite amazing. I feel there are still some issues for catering to a wider audience that is used to a 401K / IRA portal for viewing investments. Definitely one to watch!
