Interested in Creating an Open Digital Phone Book?

Many services out there use phone books (i.e. white pages, yellow pages, etc.) to reach customers. But, they cost money. Even a few cents per query add up very quickly.

I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in putting together an open repository that we can all use the complete phone books of the USA.
