Ask HN: Will tax bill lower taxes for SaaS businesses?

From the limited reading I've done on the Republican tax bill and my limited knowledge of tax law in general, I can't tell if the bill will lower taxes for owners of small to medium SaaS businesses or keep them the same. It sounds like corporations will have a lower tax rate, but service businesses (e.g. consultants, doctors, lawyers) are excluded from that. Does anyone have any insight into this?

(Obviously I'm not expecting tax advice...)
