Ask HN: Know any operating systems for seniors?

I recently discovered the existence of Telikin which are computers marketed to senior citizens using a fork of Tiny Core http://www.telikin.com/ http://www.telikin.com/open_source

While I was impressed with the os, I wasn't so impressed with the price of the computers 800USD for a laptop with a Pentium processor.

My Grandma already has a laptop that she barely knows how to use, is there any (preferably open source) OS's that are targeted at Seniors?
