Ask HN: Best Landing page template with code to handle login/registration

Are there any free or paid landing page template that includes backend code to handle registration/login/password etc available ? There are tons of bootstrap front end landing page templates - but I am looking for front end + back end code (preferably python). Any one know of good one's I could pay or reuse ?
