Ask HN: Encrypted, shared browser based notes?

Is there a open source package I could use to keep notes and allow select people to read select notes with a password? One scenario would be, I’m managing 5 projects with activities tracked in shared documents. Team leader 1 can read my notes on project 1 but not 2-5. Thoughts on implementation?
