Ask HN:GPA for CS masters program

I am in the last year of my CS undergraduate program at a Public R1 research university in the US. I would like to apply to a masters program but am unsure if I have what it takes to complete the masters. My GPA is at 3.82 right now and I did not have major trouble so far although I had to work hard to get to where I am.

Complicating matters is the fact that I am 35, working full time and have a family.

What were your experiences or anecdotal evidence.
