Ask HN: SaaS Self-Service – What tools do I need?

Building a new web app and part of our initial go-to-market involves offering self-service through our website.

Technology Questions: - How do I offer free trials? - How do I convert those trials automatically?

For some reason I’m not finding any good resources online that outline this clearly. And if you can’t already tell I’m more of a business person that has learned to code ;)
