That run-on sentence is itself a grammar fail. Perhaps they should run their own ad copy through their AI assistant?

That's not a run-on sentence, in fact, it's the opposite, a sentence fragment; if you added a “Zero is” at the beginning, it would be a perfectly grammatical sentence, though the “with...with” construct is clumsy wording.
