Uber's Travis Kalanick plans to sell a third of his stake in the company (inc.com)

This is not only a sign of "I am hating this company, I want nothing to do with it", but my theory is he's going to start a company eventually, perhaps a competitor in another market. I don't think he's over his dream, just need time to recover.
