I pronounce it with a long o and soft g. "D-oh-je-coin"

On the Wiki page for the meme, they list the IPA pronunciation: "often pronounced /ˈdoʊʒ/ DOHZH or /ˈdoʊɡ/ DOHG". Personally, I'd guess the first pronunciation is more common.
