Ask HN: Shadow Dom for jQuery, are you interested?

Last few days I'm thinking about using Shadow DOM with jQuery and I found no good solution until now. Does it already exist? If not I will probably work on it and publish it on github.com. Would you be interested? Is it a bad idea? If yes, why?
