Ask HN: StackExchange-like for non-IT new businesses?

Hi there, is there something like StackExchange or even HN where people ask and answer and debate about non-IT new businesses (I would like to use startups here but the IT bias is too strong)? Apparently there was a SE for startups but it was shut down.
