Intuit IPP Developer Platform - Thoughts? (ipp.developer.intuit.com)

Does anyone have any thoughts related to developing on this platform? Also, has anyone tried selling an app on IPP? Intuit is putting a lot of resources into this area but I don't see many apps in their appstore.
