Ask: What is the best way to prevent cookie reply attack

Im building a web app and want it to be very secure. that is, i don't that someone will steal the cookie for my authentication and use it in another computer to access the site. I set it as a temporary cookie but its not enough. I can't use the IP address because from outside the network all the IPs are the same. Any suggestions?
